We’ll work together to identify and restructure unhelpful thoughts as well as explore your current behaviours to see how these can be changed to have a more positive impact on your mood.


A typical session takes an hour to complete and most mild-moderate cases can be concluded in as little as 12 - 15 weeks. Some moderate and most severe cases take longer.
